Meet Judy, our dedicated Office Manager and Surgical Coordinator. With a warm smile and a listening ear, Judy is always welcoming, incredibly dependable, and exceptionally efficient. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every patient’s experience is smooth, seamless, and, most importantly, pleasant.
Judy’s journey to our team is rooted in her passion for psychology, which she studied in college. Her impressive career spans across multiple industries, including a large tech company, real estate, and now the medical field. This diverse background has honed her exceptional customer care skills, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
Guided by the golden rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” Judy goes above and beyond to ensure every patient feels genuinely cared for and supported. Her natural empathy and commitment to excellence have earned her the trust and admiration of both our patients and colleagues alike.

Michele Rivard
Plastic surgery physician assistant. DMSc, MS, PA.
Michele Rivard is a plastic surgery physician assistant who has spent the last sixteen years exclusively focused on aesthetic and plastic surgery. Having amassed extensive training in lasers, skin care, facial filler injections, and neurotoxin injections, Michele is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. She has won numerous accolades for her knowledge and technical expertise from colleagues and patients.
Ms. Rivard was born in Canada. She trained and worked as a singer and dancer before deciding to pursue her interest in physical sciences. She moved to the United States where she graduated Cum Laude from Long Island University’s Physician Assistant program and subsequently obtained a graduate degree in surgery from Alderson-Broaddus College in West Virginia. Michele returned to New York City to practice with some of the top plastic surgeons in the City, where she has been involved in FDA research trials involving aesthetic drugs and lasers.
Michele’s friendly, relaxed and approachable demeanor combined with her vast knowledge allows her to provide each patient a uniquely personal treatment that blends technical expertise with artistry.
Adina Allswang
Medical Assistant
Meet Adina, our warm and compassionate Medical Assistant. Known for her genuine kindness and unwavering dedication to patient care, Adina approaches every interaction with thoughtfulness and understanding. Her friendly demeanor and attentive nature ensure patients feel comfortable, valued, and supported from the moment they walk through the door.
A proud graduate of Yeshiva University with a BA in Biology, Adina is deeply committed to advancing her career in the medical field. Before joining our team, she gained invaluable experience as a physical therapy aide, where her empathy and nurturing approach made a lasting impact on those she helped.
Originally from sunny South Florida, Adina’s warmth and positivity brighten every room she enters. Her passion for learning and her genuine care for others make her an indispensable member of our team. Whether assisting with exams or supporting the office, Adina consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patients have a seamless and comforting experience.
